Trane Technologies is seeking a Systems Account Manager to join its Commercial HVAC team. You will build long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners, selling a total solution for energy-efficient buildings.

You will apply problem-solving and customer-value focus to drive results across projects and accounts. You will develop strategies, coordinate teams, and present compelling proposals while traveling within your region to meet customers and close deals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in solution sales or HVAC/technical field.
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a proven closing ability.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead take-off, selection, pricing, and sales strategy for equipment and services.
• Develop HVAC system solutions addressing customer problems and financials.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Coordinate acquisitions with project teams.
• Convert leads into opportunities and define next steps.
• Create account plans for long-term, profitable partnerships.
• Answer technical questions on HVAC systems, products, and applications.
• Travel within the region to visit customers.
