You will manage from take-off to price strategy, focusing on equipment, controls, and services to meet client needs.

You will leverage your 4+ years of experience or BA/BS, strong communication, and business acumen to close deals and develop account plans.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
• 2+ years experience of solution sales in commercial HVAC or mechanical engineering required.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience and leadership alignment.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License valid in-state with minimal violations in previous 3 years.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for project take-off, selection, proposal pricing and selling strategy, and integration of equipment, controls, and services.
• Provide knowledge and consultation in HVAC system related solutions including financial and performance considerations.
• Assemble and coordinate acquisition team as needed for customers and projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating the next steps.
