Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in solution sales or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred; candidates without a degree encouraged.
• Valid driver's license in state with no major violations in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead project take-offs, pricing, and sales strategy to close opportunities.
• Develop HVAC system solutions addressing customer problems and ROI.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver total building solutions.
• Convert leads into opportunities and communicate next steps.
