Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of solution sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Target and identify opportunities and qualify them early in the buying process.
- Pursue new business and grow existing accounts through consultative selling.
- Develop business cases and finance proformas; gather data and validate outcomes.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships with building owners.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote offerings and provide support.
- Schedule sales calls and manage activities to meet targets.
