Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking an Account Manager for its Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division. You will be a trusted technical advisor, developing deep customer relationships while delivering innovative water treatment solutions to improve energy and water sustainability.

Based in Hazleton, PA, you will meet revenue targets, manage margins, and lead・business reviews. A Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years in the field is preferred, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist, or 8+ years in water treatment field.
• Chemical water & process treatment experience.
• 4+ years of technical sales with proven revenue growth and customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications.
• Write and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data, interpret results, and drive improvements.
• Execute Account Management programs including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
