Job summary

Veolia seeks an Account Manager for Chemical Water Treatment Solutions, focusing on technical sales, account management, and customer relationships across diverse industries. You will develop advanced chemical water treatment programs and act as a trusted advisor to improve energy and water sustainability while driving revenue growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (or 8+ years in water treatment), 4+ years in technical sales, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in biology, chemistry, environmental science or engineering/technologist; or 8+ years of direct water treatment experience.
• Chemical water treatment experience required.
• 4+ years of technical sales with proven account management and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with data-driven recommendations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans to advance water and energy sustainability.
• Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margins and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring profitable opportunities.
• Follow all EHS policies and work safely at all times.
