Job summary

Veolia is hiring an Account Manager for the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division in the U.S. You will work closely with customers across industries, acting as a trusted technical adviser to deliver innovative water and process treatment solutions that balance energy efficiency, profitability, and asset protection.

You will analyze programs, generate service reports, and drive value through service plans and business reviews while meeting annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or 8+ years in field) in biology, chemistry, environmental science or engineering/technologist.
• Chemical water and process treatment experience.
• 4+ years of technical sales with account growth and customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, Memchem, and process applications.
• Test samples and deliver Technical Service Reports to analyze data and recommend improvements.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that improve water/energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets and manage margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring profitable opportunities.
• Follow all EHS policies and ensure safe operations.
