• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist, or minimum 8+ years in field and water treatment

• Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data and recommend improvements
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews
• Develop new, recurring, profitable business opportunities and manage relationships to achieve growth
