Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Territory Sales Business Manager to lead Advanced Surgery product promotions across a multi-state geography. You’ll educate physicians, demonstrate products, and build lasting relationships with doctors and nurses who rely on Baxter solutions daily.

You will drive sales, meet quotas, and collaborate with hospital teams while maintaining autonomy and accountability in a dynamic field role. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and cover a multi-state geography.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to relocate within the territory if required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Grow awareness and educate physicians on on-label surgical use and product benefits.
• Call on prospective customers and provide product information and demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and meet internal/external expectations.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and understand market potential for the territory.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and supply chain teams.
• Provide feedback to marketing for programs and pricing changes.
• Work autonomously while communicating with management.
