Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will engage doctors and nurses on-site, promote hemostats, sealing, and tissue products, and build trust with healthcare professionals in a multi-state geography.

You will be the face of Baxter solutions, driving patient-centered outcomes while meeting sales targets. The role emphasizes autonomy, relationship-building, and strategic territory development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Must have hospital-based selling experience in the operating room and lead a large territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong analytical and social skills.
• Willing to travel at least 50% and cover multiple states.
• Valid driver’s license mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through the direct sale of all products and services.
• Grow awareness and educate physicians on on-label use and benefits of Baxter products.
• Call on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and meet expectations of internal and external customers.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess market potential for the territory.
• Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain management, materials management, and purchasing.
• Provide feedback to supervisor and marketing for programs, product revisions, and pricing changes.
• Work autonomously to achieve goals while communicating with management remotely.
