Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for our Advanced Surgery portfolio.

You will engage with surgeons and nurses, promote hemostats, sealing and tissue products, and support cases in your geography to drive clinical and economic value. The role emphasizes relationship-building on site, meeting financial goals, and traveling up to 50% across assigned states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years in sales or operating room environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with surgical portfolio is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Understand the products, devices and portfolio within Advanced Surgery.
• Cover cases with surgeons and report outcomes and opportunities to RM/TBM/SAM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot in-place equipment and conduct in-services for Baxter regulators.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.
• Maintain on-label usage of Baxter products through presence in surgical suites and training.
• Understand the industry and marketplace and apply knowledge to achieve business goals.
• Work with RM/TBM/SAM to develop plans to reach financial goals and quotas.
