Job summary

Baxter International Inc. invites a Territory Sales Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will build trusted relationships with surgeons and nurses on-site, promote hemostats and tissue products, and drive revenue across an assigned geography.

You thrive in dynamic operating rooms and value patient outcomes. This role requires 3+ years of hospital-based selling or 8+ years OR sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the operating room.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 50% travel; geography may span several states.
• Individuals must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate to it; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Educate physicians on on-label use and features/benefits of Baxter products.
• Call on prospective customers; provide product information and demonstrations.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and meet internal/external expectations.
• Monitor sales vs forecasts and assess market potential for the territory.
• Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain, materials management, and purchasing.
