Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Territory Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio in a regional geography. You will drive direct sales, educate physicians on product use, and build durable relationships with doctors and nurses who rely on Baxter solutions daily.

You’ll advance strategic sales initiatives, meet quotas, and collaborate with hospital staff and management. A valid driver’s license and 50%+ travel are required, with relocation considerations to the territory as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the operating room and leading a large territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Grow awareness and educate physicians on on-label use and product benefits.
• Call on prospective customers and provide technical information and demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and meet external and internal expectations.
