Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You’ll engage physicians and nurses, promote hemostats and tissue products, and drive adoption across an assigned geography.

You will be the face of Baxter’s solutions, building trust with healthcare professionals while maintaining autonomy to meet quarterly goals. Expect substantial travel and a strong focus on patient outcomes and market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in sales or 8+ years OR operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the OR and leading a large territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and reside within the territory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas by directly selling Baxter products and services.
• Educate physicians on on-label use and features/benefits of products.
• Call on prospective customers and provide product information and demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor forecasts and contribute to territory market potential and strategy.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and supply chain teams.
• Support cross-functional teams with feedback for programs and pricing.
