Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgeon-specific operative procedures timely and efficiently.
• Set up sterile field and scrub before patient entry.
• Set up case so others can step into an organized back table and mayo.
• Precept surgical techs and RNs to prepare for surgeon-specific procedures.
• Assist in running cases and turnover; ensure instruments and supplies are ready.
