Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgeon-specific procedures with timely, accurate setup.
• Set up sterile field, scrub in, and ensure instruments/equipment are available.
• Run back table/mayo setup and assist as needed during cases.
• Assist in case planning with the surgeon and mentor staff and students.
• Scrub on simple to complex procedures and adapt to surgeon preferences.
• Manage intra-op events, maintain patient safety, and ensure a smooth turnover.
