Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgeon-specific procedures with timely, accurate setup.
• Set up sterile field and scrub in prior to patient entry.
• Precept surgical techs and RNs to prepare for procedures.
• Assist and adapt to surgeon techniques and preferences during cases.
• Perform case closing activities and turnover.
