Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to promote, position, and sell Surgical Technologies across your territory. You will lead product evaluations, support procedures, and build relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and administrators while driving sales goals.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical devices or related environments, or 5+ years in outside/B2B sales with a proven track

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales, B2B, or territory-based selling with a history of meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products while meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
• Support surgical procedures by providing on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through in-services and training programs.
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and territory performance using approved business tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans, prioritize opportunities, and execute growth strategies.
