• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields or B2B sales preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clinicians and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations and ROI value in OR settings.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and key stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Lead product evaluations in the operating room and office settings; demonstrate value.
• Grow territory by developing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities; meet/exceed sales goals.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and provide progress updates.
• Provide on-site guidance and troubleshooting to ensure customers feel supported.
