Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth and engage with healthcare professionals across NY state. The role involves assisting with product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in ORs, clinics, and procedural care settings.

You will work with experienced Sales Representatives to manage accounts, track activities, and contribute to patient care improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory including customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
