Job summary

Stryker in New York is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support healthcare professionals and innovative surgical technologies. In this field-based role, you will partner with an experienced Sales Representative to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth.

You will gain exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

Responsibilities

Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
