Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote and sell our portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers across the assigned territory in Tennessee. You will lead product evaluations, demonstrate clinical and economic value, and support procedures in OR and office settings.

• Bachelor’s degree required; quota-carrying outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or other high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to physicians and healthcare providers.
• Lead product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural settings.
• Provide on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting during procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value.
