Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote and sell the portfolio across the assigned territory, including OR and office-based settings. You will lead product evaluations, demonstrate clinical and economic value, and build strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

You will travel throughout the territory, meet sales goals, and collaborate with regional leadership to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
• Support surgical procedures with on-site product expertise and troubleshooting.
• Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, administrators, and purchasing teams.
• Identify and expand new business opportunities within the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
