Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Surgical Technologies Associate Sales Representative to promote and sell Stryker ST products in hospital and clinical settings. You will conduct product evaluations, demonstrate product value, and track territory progress while collaborating with Sales Representatives to exceed goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in medical sales or B2B, a Bachelor’s degree, and a readiness to travel ~20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university
• 1-2 years in medical sales or B2B is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting and selling Stryker ST products to meet customer needs in OR and office settings.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrate value of products to doctors, nurses and staff.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to Sales Representatives; strive to exceed goals.
• Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed.
