Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to promote the Surgical Technologies portfolio to physicians, surgeons, and healthcare providers across your territory. You will lead product evaluations and support procedures in operating rooms and office settings, demonstrating clinical and economic value.

As the territory owner, you will grow existing business, identify new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices/healthcare or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree with customer-facing, leadership, or high-performance background and sales interest.
• Minimum 5 years outside sales or territory-based selling with goal attainment history.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to meet sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical environments.
• Provide on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting during procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, administrators, and buyers.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts in the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, applications, and value through in-services.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
