Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio and build strong, trust-based relationships with doctors and nurses in a multi-state territory.

You will promote hemostats, sealing, and tissue products while meeting clinical and economic needs. The role requires ownership of the sales cycle, collaboration with RM, TBM, and SAM, and a readiness to travel frequently across assigned geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years of relevant sales or operating room environment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and social skills.
• At least 50% travel is required and geographic territory spans several states.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand all products, surgical specialties and devices in the portfolio.
• Cover cases with surgeons and communicate outcomes and opportunities to the RM, TBM, and SAM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot in-place equipment and conduct education in-services for Baxter regulators and spray equipment.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.
• Maintain on-label usage of Baxter products through presence in the surgical suite and in-servicing.
• Understand industry and marketplace to reach business goals.
