Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Business Manager for our Advanced Surgery division.

You will be the face and voice of our hemostats, sealing, and tissue products in an assigned geography, building trusted relationships with doctors and nurses who rely on Baxter solutions daily. You will promote our surgical portfolio, educate healthcare professionals, and drive on-label use while meeting clinical and economic needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the operating room and leading a large territory.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through the direct sale of all products and services.
• Educate physicians on on-label surgical procedures and product benefits.
• Call on prospective customers and provide product information or demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and meet internal/external expectations.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess territory potential.
• Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain, materials management, and purchasing.
• Provide feedback for marketing programs and pricing changes.
• Work autonomously and communicate with management remotely.
