Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager for its Advanced Surgery division. You will promote hemostats, sealing, and tissue products across an assigned geography, building trust with doctors and nurses who rely on Baxter solutions daily.

You will be on location, lead sales activities, and collaborate with hospital staff to achieve clinical and economic goals. Travel up to 50% and a strong track record in OR sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience; High School degree required.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the operating room and leadership of a large territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus analytical and social abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Growing awareness and educating physicians on the use and benefits of our products.
• Calling on prospective customers, providing technical information and demonstrations.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and meeting their expectations.
• Monitoring sales against forecasts and understanding market potential for the territory.
• Coordinating with hospital administration, supply chain, materials management, and purchasing.
• Providing feedback to supervisor and marketing for program and pricing changes.
• Able to work autonomously and communicate with management remotely.
