Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in the United States is seeking a Territory Sales Business Manager for our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will represent Baxter on location, build relationships with doctors and nurses, and drive sales of hemostats, sealing, and tissue products across your geography.

Your role emphasizes accountability, customer trust, and the ability to work autonomously while coordinating with hospital administration, supply chain, and purchasing to meet clinical and economic needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years operating room sales.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~50%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Educating physicians on correct use and benefits of our products.
• Calling on prospective customers and providing product information/demonstrations.
• Maintaining relationships and meeting internal/external customer expectations.
• Coordinating with hospital administration, supply chain, materials management, and purchasing.
• Providing feedback to management for marketing and pricing decisions.
• Work autonomously to achieve goals while communicating with management.
