Job summary

Baxter in Denver seeks an Associate Sales Representative to champion our Advanced Surgery portfolio and deliver outcomes for patients and healthcare teams.

You will build trusted relationships with surgeons and nurses in your assigned geography, promote hemostats, sealing and tissue products, and meet clinical and economic needs while traveling up to 50% to cover cases and educate teams. A bachelor's degree with sales or OR experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years of relevant sales or operating room experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to cover cases across geography.

Responsibilities

• Understand the products, surgical specialties and devices within the portfolio.
• Cover cases with surgeons and communicate outcomes to the Region Manager, Territory Business Manager, and Strategic Account Manager.
• Maintain and troubleshoot in-place equipment and conduct in-services for Baxter regulators and spray equipment.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.
• Ensure on-label usage of Baxter products through presence in the surgical suite and in-servicing.
• Collaborate with RM, TBM, and SAM to reach financial goals and quotas.
