Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will build trust with doctors and nurses, promote hemostats, sealing, and tissue products, and drive sales across an assigned geography.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~50% of the time.
Hospital-based selling experience in the operating room with large territory leadership.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
Grow awareness and educate physicians on on-label surgical procedures and product benefits.
Call on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information or demonstrations.
Maintain effective relationships with customers and meet internal/external expectations.
Monitor sales against forecasts and assess market potential for the territory.
Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain, materials management, and purchasing.
Provide feedback to marketing and pricing teams for programs and revisions.
Work autonomously while communicating with management.
