Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio across a multi-state geography.

You will build relationships with physicians and nurses, promote our hemostats, sealing and tissue products, and educate teams on on-label procedural use. The role requires 3+ years of OR sales experience or a Bachelor’s with relevant experience, up to 50% travel, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• High School degree required.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the operating room is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of all products and services.
• Growing awareness and educating physicians on the accurate use of our products in on-label surgical procedures, as well as the features and benefits of our products.
• Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations.
• Maintaining effective relationships with customers and meeting expectations of internal and external customers.
• Monitoring sales against forecasts and participating in determining market potential for the territory.
• Coordinating with hospital administration, supply chain management, materials management, and purchasing.
• Providing feedback for marketing programs, product revisions, and pricing changes.
• Able to work autonomously to achieve goals while remotely communicating with management.
