Job summary

Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, seeks a Surgical Account Manager in Northern MN (Duluth area) to drive surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio. You will develop strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and lead quarterly business reviews.

This role requires strong communication, field collaboration, and ability to travel within the region. The position is based near Duluth, MN with significant travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years in medical device sales or related field.
• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio including Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and A&I.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and identify practice trends.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand opportunities.
• Lead account-level contractual strategies and optimize contracts.
• Own quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and opportunities.
