Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant sales/clinical experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant sales/clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant sales/clinical experience.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio (Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, Electrosurgery, Situate, and A&I).
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and cultivate key customer relationships.
• Lead account-level contractual strategies and expand contract categories across One Surgical.
• Own quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with MDT account teams and stakeholders to improve opportunities and conversions.
