Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Account Manager to drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio in Northwest Indiana. The role requires building strategic sales plans, identifying practice trends, and cultivating key customer relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must live or be able to relocate within 50 miles of the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio (Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, Electrosurgery, Situate, A&I).
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans; identify practice trends and cultivate customer relationships.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand business opportunities and drive market growth.
• Lead account-level contractual strategies and optimize contracts across One Surgical.
• Own quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and growth opportunities.
