Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Account Manager for Northwest Indiana. The role is remote but requires residency within the territory and travel to multiple accounts.

You will engage surgeons and healthcare stakeholders to grow the Surgical Center of Technology portfolio, including Stapling, Energy, and Access & Instrumentation. The ideal candidate has medical device sales experience and strong relationship-building skills with clinical and administrative teams, enabling growth and quarterly

Qualifications

• Sales experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Ability to communicate complex product information to diverse stakeholders.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the territory or relocate within it.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio (Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, Electrosurgery, Situate, A&I).
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and quarterly business reviews.
• Build relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand opportunities.
