Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Surgical Account Manager for the Central Orange region in California. This field-based role requires frequent travel within the territory and resides within 50 miles of Orange County.

You will drive surgeon demand across Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, Electrosurgery, Situate, and A&I, building relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to grow market share. The role emphasizes strategic sales planning, business reviews, and collaboration with MDT

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in sales or related field in medical devices or life sciences.
• Strong ability to develop strategic sales plans and drive market growth.
• Experience in managing customer relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and account reviews.
• Build relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Lead contracts and drive category expansion across One Surgical.
• Coordinate with MDT account teams and distribution partners.
