Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist to promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders to achieve technology program goals, partnering with field teams and service staff to ensure successful deployments.

You will lead training pathways for surgeons and clinical staff, manage launches, and support upgrades while maintaining high customer satisfaction and rigorous QA practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year of orthopedic sales or case coverage experience.
• Travel up to 75% is expected.

Responsabilités

• Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support for new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways for ROSA system and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service to onboard accounts, install systems, and train staff.
• Provide in-service to facility staff and support sales colleagues during technology cases.
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required and maintain QA documentation.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely responses and clear communications.
