Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders in the sustainable use of technology to reach program goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic sales/case coverage preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service, including system installation and in-service training.
• Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases.
• Promote high customer satisfaction through timely responses and professional communication.
• Attend annual trainings and follow QA documentation policies.
