Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Washington, DC seeks a Robotics Clinical Associate Sales Specialist to promote technology launches and educate surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system and related technologies.

You will train surgical teams, coordinate installations, and provide clinical support while collaborating with the Technology Solutions Manager and field service to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
• 0-1 years of clinical sales or medical sales experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable support of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training paths for the ROSA system and related tech.
• Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service to onboard new accounts and train staff.
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required.
• Handle key administration duties and project coordination.
• Promote high customer satisfaction with timely responses and clear communication.
• Follow internal QA policies and participate in annual trainings.
