Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care per unit standards and documents accurately for the healthcare team.
• Completes initial patient assessment and develops a care plan based on patient and family needs.
• Provides post-operative care, manages wound vacs, ostomy care and complex wound management, and collaborates with surgical teams.
