Qualifications

• Licensed RN; BLS within 30 days (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Performs all unit duties including initial assessment, care planning, and interventions.
• Maintains documentation for care continuity and safety.
• Provides post-operative care for complex surgical patients and manages wounds, ostomies, and tracheostomies.
• Collaborates with surgical residents and OMFS residency services.
