Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Account Executive to support the Baton Rouge, LA territory for Ethicon surgical devices and solutions. The role involves selling in an operating room setting to surgeons and hospital decision makers, with a commission-based structure and a focus on growing Ethicon’s energy and endomechanical platforms.

The successful candidate will own the full Ethicon offerings, manage a defined territory, and be accountable for sales fore casting within assigned accounts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of relevant business experience in medical sales (medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology) or healthcare.
• A valid driver’s license issued in the United States.

Mansioni

• Own the full bag of Ethicon offerings of comprehensive surgical devices and solutions including hemostasis, energy sealing and dissection, surgical stapling and wound closure platforms.
• Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in an operating room setting.
• Be assigned a sales territory focusing on assigned physicians and hospital institutions.
• Be accountable to attain the forecast in their assigned accounts / territory.
• Haveresponsiblefor setting priorities and making sound business decisions based on understanding of sales opportunities within accounts.
