Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Surgery team is seeking an Account Executive to drive Ethicon portfolio sales in the Shreveport, LA territory, focusing on operating room settings and hospital stakeholders.

You will demonstrate surgical devices, build relationships with physicians and distributors, and work within compliance guidelines to achieve forecasted results. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years medical sales required; US driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant business experience in medical sales or healthcare.
• Valid US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Ethicon portfolio of surgical devices and solutions, selling to surgeons and hospital decision makers in an operating room setting.
• Forecast and achieve sales targets in assigned accounts/territory.
• Set priorities and make sound business decisions based on sales opportunities within accounts.
• Train to demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians in OR environments.
• Manage customer questions/objections in line with product indications and sales methodology.
• Execute the selling cycle concisely, professionally, ethically, and in compliance with healthcare guidelines.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospital personnel, and distributors, and conduct education seminars as appropriate.
