Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales of the Instruments product line across a defined New York territory. You will target new accounts, build relationships with surgeons and OR staff, and deliver consultative product knowledge in the operating room.

In this field-based role, you will develop formal business plans, monitor territory performance, and collaborate with regional and corporate teams to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or science
• Minimum two years’ B2B sales experience
• Two years surgical device or medical sales preferred
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• Ability to engage physicians and OR staff
• Willingness to stand long hours in the Operating Room
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets through strategic planning and account targeting
• Develop relationships with new accounts and call on ORs
• Provide product knowledge and consultative support to customers
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to meet financial goals
• Create annual business plans and monthly/quarterly territory reports
• Identify new business opportunities and support inventory requests
• Ensure compliance with AdvaMed and Sunshine Act policies
