Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Orlando, FL is hiring an Account Manager for the Instruments product line to drive territory sales and build relationships with surgeons and OR staff.

You will develop plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide consultative support in the operating room. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in medical device sales are required or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ B2B sales experience.
• Two years surgical device or medical sales preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Interpersonal and political savvy within hospital setting.
• Must be able to lift 65 lbs and stand long hours in the OR.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with customers and accounts not previously sold to.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Develop a formal yearly business plan and regular territory reports.
• Support case coverage and inventory requests with peers.
• Identify new business opportunities for growth.
• Suggest product improvements to sales, marketing and product teams.
• Maintain deep product and disease state knowledge for consultative OR support.
• Operate within budgets and adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
