Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a field sales professional to drive revenue across ENT and Surgical Endoscopy portfolios in the Denver area. You will manage capital equipment, devices, and consumables, while serving as the primary clinical, technical, and commercial liaison to healthcare professionals.

The role requires building relationships with key customers, achieving quotas, and delivering product training at facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum two years in sales or marketing.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of the assigned product lines, pricing strategies, and sales techniques for surgical products.
• Establishes field contact with key customers, clinicians and decision makers in assigned accounts.
• Achieves sales quotas for products within assigned business areas.
• Conducts in-service training programs at customer sites (hospitals, ASCs, clinics).
• Supports product managers on field projects including market surveys and competitive research.
• Plans activity calendar and coordinates with Sales Management to meet goals.
