Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking an Endoscopy Account Manager to drive GI care product sales across an assigned Washington/Idaho territory. You will build local plans, engage physicians and clinics, and coordinate field support to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes field travel, relationship development, and adherence to vendor credentialing. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong sales achievements and GI/endoscopy experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales, marketing or clinical healthcare experience.
• Proven track record of selling in GI/endoscopy settings.
• Ability to develop and execute quarterly/annual business plans.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Good team collaboration and communication abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Must have a valid driver's license and credentialing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives within the designated territory.
• Identify capital, disposable, and service opportunities with accounts.
• Implement sales strategy across Endoscopy product groups.
• Engage with key decision makers and expand product adoption.
• Maintain account relationships, travel to facilities as needed.
• Provide post-sale service and gather market feedback for forecasts.
• Maintain customer data in CRM and adhere to credentialing requirements.
