Job summary

Olympus Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive growth across ENT and Surgical Endoscopy product portfolios in New Mexico, Albuquerque. You will manage capital equipment, devices, and consumables, expanding existing business through strategic engagement with healthcare providers.

You will serve as the primary clinical, technical, and commercial liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction, product adoption, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of two years of prior sales or marketing experience is required.
• Ability to travel within territory daily, with overnight stays as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of assigned product lines and pricing strategies.
• Establishes or maintains field contact with key customers and decision makers.
• Achieves sales quotas for products within assigned areas.
• Conducts in-service training at customer accounts (hospitals, ASCs, clinics).
• Develops rapport with personnel at target teaching hospitals.
• Maintains communication with field and internal sales management to plan territory strategy.
