Job summary

Stryker Enabling Technologies is hiring a field-based Sales Representative in the United States to drive revenue growth for Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software.

You will build relationships with surgeons, nurses and clinical staff, conduct product evaluations in operating rooms, and provide on-site training and support to ensure proper use and service of Stryker products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of B2B or medical device sales with quotas.
• Experience in operating room sales support or clinical selling.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical device solutions; drive revenue and develop relationships with surgeons, nurses and clinical staff.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts with strong service.
• Conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings.
• Educate surgeons and staff on product use and maintenance.
• Analyze sales performance and territory data with CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Provide exceptional customer support during procedures and be on-call.
